  • What are your hours of operation?

    Monday thru Friday 8am-5:30pm. Saturday 8am-noon. We recommend that you call for an appointment to ensure a doctor will be available to see your pet.

  • What do I do if your office is closed and I have an emergency?

    If you are in need of immediate emergency services, you can come into our clinic during normal scheduled business hours. For after hours emergency care, please visit one of our partners.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    Cash, Check, CareCredit, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

  • What should I do if my pet is sick?

    The best way help your pet is to bring him or her in for an exam. We can then provide options on diagnostic and treatment plans.

  • I have a new puppy/kitten, what are my next steps for it’s healthcare?

    Start with a wellness exam at six weeks.  During this exam we screen for parasites, administer first vaccines and perform a physical exam.  At this appointment we will schedule the reoccurring appointments for care.

  • When should I have my new pet spayed or neutered?

    Depending on it’s age and breed, we recommend a wellness visit to assess the best time for a spay or neuter. It ‘s typically recommended between 6-12 months.

  • What do you recommend for parasite prevention?

    We recommend all dogs stay on heartworm prevention year round. Flea and tick can be administered during warmer months but we recommend year round to be safe.
